Natural Retreats
Examples of guest-facing booklets and ads, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and professional feedback.
Guest-Facing Communications
I wrote the copy for a short YouTube ad for our Palm Springs vacation market. It was a fun little project to work on.

This Natural Retreats booklet was created shortly after Natural Retreats had fully acquired 360 Blue. I worked with senior level management to craft new brand language to fully define the brands within the Natural Retreats umbrella. We then described our company's commitment to service and described the luxury vacation destinations offered across the United States. Click on the main image to view the full booklet.
Two examples of longer form blog posts we are implementing on the Natural Retreats website.
An email campaign was created to promote the Great Smoky Mountain destination. In addition to emails targeting new and repeat guests, we also mailed physical destination flyers.

BeachLife Magazine is a lifestyle magazine published by 360 Blue. A complimentary issue of the magazine is placed inside each vacation rental in the Emerald Coast market. I progressed from a writer to associate editor in less than a year, and had the pleasure of writing numerous feature articles for the 2023 issue. Internal Communications
Professional Feedback
Communications Director Dwight Williams was kind enough to give me a wonderful shout-out during our monthly all-company video call.
Writing home descriptions for the 360blue.com website is a nuanced process. Descriptions must satisfy the homeowner, while meeting our company style guide and conforming to best practices. It was nice to have the Property Manager reach out twice regarding my work on this particular description.
After hearing our guest ambassadors voice frustration about the confusing requirements for amenity wristbands, I suggested adding bolded and capitalized language to the site pop up. Our team manager agreed and the revised language was added and live on the site within 20 minutes.
